I'm New

New Here?

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating. What should I wear? Where do my kids go? Who’s going to be here? We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel right at home when you visit.

FAQs

What happens when I arrive?

When you get here, you’ll experience an environment where you can feel completely at home. Grab a coffee on your way in and if you have kids, you can check them in at the Hope Kids area. Once the service starts, you’ll experience upbeat music by a band, a personal story about life transformation or about people making a difference in the world, and an energizing message you can apply to your life.

What type of church is Hope Church?

We’re a Christian church that holds to many traditional Christian beliefs. The place we think you’ll see a difference is in how we treat people. We believe in authentic relationships. We believe the power of God can change anyone and any situation. And we believe that because God loves everyone, we love everyone. Check out what we value and what we do!

What should I wear?

Some people dress up and some come more casual. You are free to come exactly as you are, so wear whatever makes you most comfortable.

What is the service like?

We start our services with a time of energetic and meaningful music. Then we’ll share a few announcements about what’s happening at our church and how you can be a part of the mission at Hope Church. There will be a message from the Bible with ways you can apply its principles to your life. Our services usually close with music too. The whole experience lasts just a little more than an hour.

What about my kids?

Hope Kids provides an amazing experience for your children from birth-5th grade. Visit the check-in kiosk where our team will register your children, note any allergies, and give them a name badge with a parent pick-up tag. Later, simply show your parent pick-up tag when you pick them up and your child will be released to you. Our check-in procedures are state-of-the-art, and our trained and screened children’s volunteers do all they can to ensure that kids have a fun and safe, faith-growing experience!

What about students?

Students in grades 6-12 are part of the morning service on Sunday and also meet on Sunday evenings from 7-8:30 PM during the school year. There are many opportunities for students to have fun, grow in their faith, meet other students, be mentored, and get engaged in helping others in their communities.

Our Values

Three things we highly value

The Bible

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired word given to us to use in living each day with Him. We preach the Bible, study it in groups, and encourage you to read and apply it in your own life.

Community

God calls us into a relationship with himself, and we strive together to know and love Him more. Our Church is a place for you to live out being a member of God’s family, no matter what age or place in life you are in.He also calls us to fellowship with other Christians. All of our ministries are designed to help facilitate developing friendships and doing life together.

Mission

We believe God created us for the purpose of knowing and serving Him, and we strive to use our gifts and resources to make a difference in the world. We believe everyone has something to offer, and we seek to help you find your niche of meaningful service and ministry.

How can I meet people?

We believe God created us for the purpose of knowing and serving Him. We strive as a church to use our gifts and resources to make a difference in the world with God. The best way to meet people is to get involved and to serve.
